Facility Assessor (FCA) - Cleared Positions 

We are searching for experienced Facility Condition Assessor's to join our team! 
Now accepting applicants from across the United States. On-site work is in the Washington, D.C. area with multiple sites to visit, and the rest of the work can be remote. These positions are mid-level and require a TS/SCI security clearance. Individual's may have to go through a Special Access Process (SAP).

BUILDER experience required; Maximo experience would be a plus.
Previous FCA experience required.

As a Facilities Assessor you will perform inspections on large, complex, and diverse buildings/facilities requiring expertise and knowledge in multiple areas of construction to identify inventory and asses the condition of individual facility systems and building components.

Security Clearance
A TS/SCI Security Clearance is required for this position. 

Background Check and Screenings
A pre-employment drug screening and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, law enforcement records, and employment/education verification is required.
