Job Description
Equipment & Supply Worker duties:
- Position requires on-site work, no remote availability
- Prepare supplies (counting and filling envelopes, writing serial numbers, completing forms, working with hand tools, and counting in numerical order)
- Assisting with loading/unloading machines at poll locations
- Testing equipment (follow written directions and be computer literate)
- Packaging and labeling
- Operating pallet jack and hand dolly
Skills Needed:
- Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check
- Must possess a mobile phone capable of text communication
- Must have attention to detail
- Must be able to sit and/or stand all day
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to follow directions (both written and oral)
- Must be computer literate
- Must be able to count accurately and file in numerical order
- Must be able to read and write neatly
- Must be able to work in both fast and slow-paced environments (this work can be repetitious)
- Must be flexible and able to work some overtime, weekends, and holidays (some early mornings and later evenings will be required)
- Must be able to work individually, as well as, in teams to complete assigned duties
- Must have safe and reliable transportation* - *when using personal vehicle to complete field assignments, mileage will be paid at the federal reimbursement rate for any travel required to other sites, a SOE vehicle will be used when available
Other:
- Dress code: Employees must wear long pants. When working in the field will need to have collared (polo or button up) shirt
Hourly Rate: $16.50
